Refund policy

Cansu Akaydin guarantees a full refund for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were when you received them. The products will be returned undamaged with its original packaging. This means the product should not have been washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. 

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you have received your order.
