Important notices


The purpose of the following Terms and Conditions is to establish guidelines and rights of the customer.  Please read carefully before placing an order on our website www.cansuakaydin.com,  as these will apply when you make a purchase from the website. Completing an order our website and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions mean that you have concluded an agreement with Cansu Akaydin for the delivery of your purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you will not be able to buy goods from the website.



Contracts can only be concluded on the website. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. 


Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders that have been placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.


To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid credit card that is accepted by us.


In order to complete their order the customer:

  • will confirm their delivery address and billing address
  • will carefully read these Terms and Conditions and accept them by clicking the “I have read and accept the Terms of Service” button before processing the payment of the order
  • will pay the price of their order by using one of our payment methods. 


Once the payment has been completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation.





Your products will be delivered to the shipping address specified in your order. Cansu Akaydin will dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. 



Unable to deliver


If we are unable to deliver, we will find a safe secure place to leave your parcel. If we cannot find a safe and secure place, your product(s) will be returned to our depot. We will leave a note explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery.





Cansu Akaydin provided a voucher for any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were when you received them. The products will be returned undamaged with its original packaging. This means the product should not have been washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. 

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 7 days after you have received your order.





If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, or if you have received the wrong items, please contact our customer service. Cansu Akaydin abides by all statutory guarantee regulations.  If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay. You will receive a refund of the purchase.

You shall pay the total price of the order in one single payment. An invoice will be sent to you, together with the ordered Products.
